The 4261A Digital LCR Meter is a 3 1/2 digit LCR meter that meets today's requirements for component measurements. Features fully automatic operation over wide measuring range. Simply select the measuring functions and one of the test frequencies, and then insert the device to be measured (the unit performs a reset—automatically selecting the proper range and equivalent circuit mode)! Test frequencies are 120 (100 Hz), 1 kHz; signal level: 1 V, 50 mV (Cp). Also features Internal/External DC Bias, Auto/Parallel/Series equivalent circuit modes。
